DIY: ROPE COVERED PLANTERS

Turn empty containers into fun planters!
EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS NEEDED:
EMPTY BLEACH CONTAINER
HOT GLUE GUN
CRAFT KNIFE
ROPE OR TWINE
PLANT OF YOUR CHOICE (WE USED SUCCULENTS & CATCUS)
OPTIONAL: EXTRA POTTING SOIL.
STEP 1:
STARTING AT THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER, APPLY GLUE & CHOOSE A POINT
TO BEGIN WRAPPING THE ROPE AROUND THE CONTAINER.
STEP 2:
CONTINUE APPLYING GLUE IN DOTS AROUND THE CONTAINER.
HOLD THE ROPE IN PLACE WHILE WRAPPING DOWN THE CONTAINER.
BE SURE TO KEEP THE ROPE TIGHT TOGETHER SO THERE ARE NO GAPS SHOWING THE WHITE PLASTIC.
STEP 3:
ONCE YOU ARE HAVE REACHED THE END YOUR CONTAINER SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS!
STEP 4:
INSERT YOUR PLANT! IF THE PLANT IS TOO SMALL FILL WITH POTTING SOIL.
STEP 5:
DECORATE! START A CONVERSATION AND GREEN UP YOUR SALON STATIONS OR BRING YOUR
NEW PLANTER HOME TO ADORN A DESK, TABLE, OR WINDOW!
